1. About 0base.vc

0base.vc is an independent validator operated by an individual based in the Republic of Korea. These Terms describe our website and native, noncustodial delegation services. Please read them before delegating. They apply to the extent a valid agreement is formed under applicable law; visiting this website or delegating through an external wallet does not, by itself, establish your acceptance.

2. Your wallet and delegation

You delegate directly from your own wallet under the relevant blockchain protocol. We do not hold your assets or private keys and have no authority to withdraw or transfer your assets. We never ask for your private keys or recovery phrase. No 0base.vc account or identity verification is required to delegate.

You are responsible for securing your wallet and checking the network, validator address, transaction and fees before signing. Use the services lawfully and with the legal capacity or authorization required under applicable law. Activation, redelegation, unbonding and withdrawal periods are determined by each network, and we cannot bypass them.

3. Rewards and commission

Rewards are handled by the protocol; we do not receive and redistribute rewards on your behalf. Reward rates, eligibility, timing and claim requirements depend on the network and may change. Returns are not guaranteed, and displayed estimates are not promises of future earnings.

Validator commission, where applicable, is deducted from staking rewards according to the protocol. Check the current on-chain commission and network transaction fees before delegating. We will give reasonable advance notice of planned commission changes through this website or the network’s validator information, subject to applicable notice requirements. Changes do not retroactively alter rewards already earned. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your rewards.

4. Staking risks and security

Staking can result in missed rewards, delayed access to assets and loss of some or all of their value. On networks that support slashing, protocol penalties may reduce your staked assets. Risks include downtime, signing errors, software faults, attacks and changes to network rules. Unbonding and other protocol restrictions may prevent an immediate exit.

We use reasonable care in operating our validators and applying network-appropriate security measures. No security tool or operating procedure guarantees uninterrupted service or prevents every loss. These risk disclosures do not exclude our legal responsibility under Section 8.

5. Website information and external services

Network information and metrics may be periodic snapshots. Check the displayed observation date and current network data before acting. Website content is for general information and is not personalized investment, legal or tax advice.

External wallets, explorers and protocols operate independently and may have their own terms. Their availability, security and content are outside our control. Website content belongs to its respective owners; any use must comply with applicable law and any stated license.

6. Information and contact privacy

We do not require or collect your name, contact details or identity documents as a condition of delegation. Wallet addresses, delegations and transactions are public blockchain records; they are not confidential information submitted through a 0base.vc account.

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include and use them to handle your inquiry. Do not send private keys, recovery phrases or unnecessary personal information. Website hosting may also involve processing technical connection data. Not identifying delegators does not mean that no personal information is ever processed; applicable privacy obligations still apply.

7. Service changes and ending delegation

We may change or discontinue support for a network. We will give reasonable advance notice of planned material changes on this website and any additional notice required by law. Urgent security, legal or network events may require action before notice is possible.

Ending validator support does not automatically withdraw or redelegate your assets. You must use your wallet and follow the protocol’s rules to change or end your delegation. We may restrict access to website features under our control where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use or security threats; this does not give us control over your assets.

8. Responsibility

Our responsibility for loss is determined by applicable law, including our fault and the connection between our conduct and the loss. We do not guarantee token prices, reward levels or outcomes controlled by independent networks or third parties. This does not excuse our own negligence or exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights.

9. Changes to these Terms

We will publish revisions here with the updated date and identify material changes and their intended effective date. We will provide advance or individual notice and obtain consent where required by law. Posting a revision, your silence, or a delegation remaining locked by the protocol does not by itself establish acceptance of revised terms. Changes do not retroactively remove accrued rights or claims.

10. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, subject to any mandatory protections that apply where you live. Disputes are handled by the courts with jurisdiction under applicable law; these Terms do not require an exclusive foreign court. The English and Korean versions are intended to have the same meaning. Any discrepancy or invalid provision is addressed under applicable law.
